The Marina at Villa Cayo Las Brujas

The Marina at Villa Cayo Las Brujas is nearby and handy for anyone wishing to take advantage of the superb scuba diving or angling possibilities. Water sports equipment can be rented from the nearby marina. Staff members are very friendly. Sports and further entertainment options include jet skiing, motor boating, diving, catamaran sailing, and canoeing (charges apply in all cases).

Marina Dock

The beach and colourful coral reefs ideal for snorkelling and diving, has such an abundance of fish that dives might believe they are in an aquarium. Cayo Las Brujas owns wonderful coral reefs, perfect place for scuba diving and wind surfing. Kilometres of coral reefs with a large submarine fauna, it's the world second widest after the Australian reefs.

Marina Catamaran

Large shoals of tarpon, jacks, spadefish, groupers and barracudas provide a special attraction for divers. Anglers also could find something to do around here. Combine this with other species such as Snook to 30lbs, Jack Crevalle to 30lbs, Barracuda, Dorado, Albacore, Sierra Mackerel, and an assortment of other species in the Jack family such as Horse-eye Jacks and Amberjacks, as well as Snappers like Cubera Snappers & Red Snappers, give the angler a wide variety of different species to catch. Tarpon, Snook and Jacks can be pursued with a fly rod while conventional stand up gear can be used for fishing the reefs or trolling for Barracuda, Mackerel and Snappers.

Nigel Alexander Hunt

Welcome to my site dedicated to the Villa Las Brujas in Cayo Las Brujas, Villa Clara. I am "poco a poco" researching and updating it with the aim to provide as complete as possible record of the hotel's ancient and recent history; bearing in mind that the goings-on today may one day be of historical interest.

My site is NOT the official website of the current hotel operator, and is by no means endorsed by them; but I am grateful for their help with the research.

You can make from this site room reservations through the Bizloco eTravel System operated by Cubaism Ltd.

Best wishes for 2017
